Kashmiri possesive case complex has been described as an instance of case doubling by Payne (1995), while it has been analyzed as an agreement phenomena by Wali, Koul and Koul (2002) (т. е. самими авторами настоящих тезисов - mitrius). Notice however that in the current Minimalist theory agreement plays no role. The object of this paper is to show how Kashmiri case complex fits in the current agreementless checking theory.
